I need a refund on my SB8200v3 as it has stopped working and it was only purchased in April 2025. I have the purchase agreement from Best Buy and need to talk to someone. The model number will not come up on your website as a recognized model # This is BS. Please reach out and contact me ASAP. I want my money back.
