Warranty Claim , power on failure in SB8200

My SB8200 will no longer power on but it’s under warranty. How do I file a claim and exchange it for a replacement modem? Thank you.

If the modem is not powered off, please try a different power outlet and power cord.

Have you tried performing a factory reset to check for any changes in the modem’s behavior?
