I do not understand this modem and am looking for the user manual. Where is it?

You can look for the user manual on surfboard.com or in Arris.com/consumersupport

I’ve tried that. I’m pretty web-savvy, but your manuals are very hard to find. I finally did, but couldn’t tell you now how I did that.
