If I install new sb8200 cable modem, who changes the login password to modem when done?
does the cable company do that or do i changed it from default?

I’ve been trying to do this and the IP address doesn’t work for me. I haven’t been typing the protocol first as nowadays that usually defaults to what it needs to be. If I ever get technical support to call me back about configuring my second ethernet port I am asking them about this also. It doesn’t matter which of the ethernet ports I use either.
