After recycling powered to my SB8200, the blue receive light is always on. Thankfully my internet works fine and signal is getting from the modem to the router and the speed checks are normal.
Xfinity is my service provider with the 900mbps plan and there are not outages updates or issues for me or my area. I have tried recycling power and have also done a factory reset. Still no change.

Blue light on receive and sent icon n your modem front panel is normal. you can check for the modem LED light status on the below article.

The reason I submitted the question is because, prior to restarting my modem all the other lights used to stay on. Now only the blue receive light stays on steadily. The internet works fine. I just wanted to make sure this was normal.
It's very normal behavior if the modem is solid blue on send and receive.
Also, its normal if the power and online light is on white color until you are experiencing with slow/intermittent internet connection.
