Hello frankmundo
SB8200 is just a cable modem, so you will be using separate router connected to the modem to access Wi-Fi.
To improve Wi-Fi calling you need to have better Wi-Fi signal from the router so, to check and adjust the Wi-Fi signal, you need to access router interface/GUI.
For changing or correcting Wi-Fi channels you can contact the router manufacturer or login to the router GUI.
