I just recently purchased a SB8200v3 and am already having an issue with it. After contacting my ISP to have it added to my account I was able to get network activity, but the first octet of my default gateway is 24 instead of my ISP’s 192. I need to plug in directly to my modem and manually change the default gateway in order to log into it locally.
Does anyone have any thoughts how to get this issue sorted out if the ISP says it’s an issue I should take up with the manufacturer?
Not being able to get my home network back up and running is a slight inconvenience.
