My ARRIS SBG10 will not connect on some of my devices like my Nintendo Switch and Cell phones and the devices it does connect on i can not go to some websites like this help site and the playstation store or sometimes amazon. Please help I need all my devices to connect and to be able to go to any website. I have a kid who cant even log into the school website to do homework.

For this issue we would suggest you to try setting up DNS on the modem interface and after the setup just restart the modem for a minute then check the sites which was not working before. Please follow the steps mentioned on the below article to set up DNS. Enter 8.8.8.8 on Primary DNS server IP and 4.4.4.4 or 2.2.2.2 in secondary DNS server IP. If still same issue persist you need to contact your service provider to re provision your modem.
