Hello, it seems our newly activated SGB10 is connected to xfinity and working fine on their end. It allows web browsing on google chrome but no apps or devices can connect. Does anyone know how to fix that? Xfinity is adamant that it's a problem with the modem itself.

We understand that after activation  you are unable to connect internet, please try connecting on Wi-Fi settings and check if able to connect internet on all the devices.

If unable to connect to Wi-Fi please do a Re-set and let us know
