I originally used my Arris SBG10 a few years ago, before the new app came out. I just recently added another internet package to my home to connect security devices to and planned on hooking it back up. I did a factory reset and now i have no idea how to set up wifi... please help!!

If you are trying to setup Wi-Fi on surfboard central app for SBG10 device you can follow the steps mentioned on the below link and also shared the link to setup Wi-Fi on the modem interface or GUI.
