My ARRIS SURFBOARD SG10 Modem no longer lights up or “turns on” when connected to a working power outlet with the correct plug and source following a power outage and xfinity network interruption. I don’t understand if the modem should just be trashed and I purchase another or if there is still hope for troubleshooting. Please send advice!

We understand that sbg10 modem no longer  turns on after plugging to a power outlet . There could be a chance of power outage as well .

Do try with a different power outlets and try doing a Reset as well .
