Can i use my Xfinity LAN line with my new SBG10?

Hello Comunity

 

I just recently purchase an SBG10, to replace my old modem and router, the device is now activated with my ISP comcast,

 

I didnt realize till now that i need an LAN jack for my phone services from Xfinity, can i use one of the ports on the back of my arris to connect my phone?

Unfortunately the SBG10 is not compatible for phone services through LAN line connection,

 

but in case you wanted to keep using arris device you can look forward to upgrade to the SVG2482AC, that it is compatible with your current Xfinity services, give it a look on the following link:
