For some reason I cannot access non Google products through my WiFi connection with the arris Sbg10. LG smart tv with Roku stick won’t connect, apps on iPhone won’t open and certain websites aren’t working. Has anyone else had this issue?

Could you please share the name of your internet service provider and the speed plan you’ve subscribed to?
Additionally, please confirm the status of the LED lights on the front panel of your gateway.
Lastly, do the same apps or websites work when accessed via your mobile device using cellular data?
