Needed to do a factory reset and when I try to login with default username and password it says I’ve been locked out due to number of attempts. Please advise

You might try pushing and holding reset for up to 30 seconds while powered on. I find many people just click it

Thanks but I still get an error when I go to enter old password and then create a new one. It says unexpected error

it accepted the default password?
its usually either password or the last 8 of the serial number

and you’re sure you reset it back to factory. Again, you can’t just click the button. It has to be held.
