I am replacing my SBG10 after many years of faithful service with SBG8300.

 

How do I deactivate the SMG10?

Hello Larc

                 If you are replacing modem you need to contact your Internet service provider to deactivate your old modem from your service to activate new modem that is the right way of activating your new modem.
