I found my IP address and made my way to the login page for arris routers. I used admin and password as my wife didnt think she changed them when she first set it up. It said the login credentials were wrong. I searched how to reset those credentials. I found information that recommended that I reset the router. I tried that and went to the login page. It showed that my router was updating but the login info was still incorrect (admin and password). Does anyone know what I am doing wrong or where I can go from here?
Goal: check for updates, remove old devices, double check security settings etc.
