I would like to remove a cached wireless client from the list of wireless clients on my 2.4G network so it is forced to re-establish itself as a new “client” on the gateway, maybe with different IP address. I don’t see that it is possible though. I can do this on other wifi routers but maybe Arris does not provide this capability? If not, do I need to leave the device turned off for a number of days before the record will auto-purge?

We understand that you want to clear the Wireless client list on the modem interface or GUI. But since there is no such option available on this modem settings we can only try resetting modem without coax for 30secs will clear the client list, But after resetting the modem will go to default setup any custom settings will be removed so use the default network name and password to connect to your network.
