1- I NEED  A PASSWORD

2- I haven't got in do to all the password I had noting works 

3-what do you need from me to spend settings on the router to figure out that the  5GHz SSID NOT SHOWING ON MY LAPTOP 

4-I AM CONECTD TO THE 2.4 GHz 

5-I need to see if you have a update for this router?

6-be nice to have a call conversation rather than via massage

7-i have send you sometime BACK this problem but with not result on tour part. 

8-maybe we need to go. with more reliable company.

Is the 5 GHz network name missing only on the laptop, or is it not showing on any devices?

Since you’ve confirmed that the device is able to connect to the 2.4 GHz network, please check if the Wi‑Fi password was changed recently. If so, try connecting using the updated password.

If you don’t remember changing the password, please try using the default Wi‑Fi security key, which is usually printed on the label at the bottom of the device.

In case the password was changed and completely forgotten, you may need to perform a factory reset, which will restore all settings to their default configuration.
