The speed plan you are currently subscribed to is not compatible with your gateway, which is why you are not achieving the expected speeds.
We recommend downgrading your speed plan and checking with your Internet Service Provider for the approved speeds for the SBG10 under their service.
The optimal speed plan for the SBG10 is around 600 Mbps; however, it is best to confirm with your ISP how much speed they have approved for this modem.
