issue with Surfboard® Central does not log into network sbg10

There is a problem with this app I can log into the network with every device I have, and SURFboard manager! No problems whatsoever I have tried everything factory reset you name it more than once called customer service. That was a joke. I was told SURFboard® central was an old app. Don’t use it. I don’t think that’s the case. There is an issue with logging into my network and it’s not my issue. It’s the apps issue.

                            Surfboard central is an updated application so you need to use that application only for modem setup and if you are unable to login you need to uninstall the application first and perform hard reset on the modem then after modem reboots install the app again then login with your email address that will allow you in. Please follow the below link to perform hard reset and surfboard central app setup.

Well being the modem combo is all setup without the app. I dont need it. Wasted hours on this……..Thank you! Surfboard Manager is working fine but keeps telling to download the Surfboard Central…………..not sure why if I dont need it!
