Every time I try to log into the wireless gateway with my correct log in it says wrong username and password. To check the central app via menu- WebGUI selection. Which the sign is all right. Once I go to the GUI it tells me there was too many wrong attempts and it’s locked. What can I do?

We recommend disconnecting the coaxial cable and then restarting the gateway. Once the gateway has rebooted, do not reconnect the coaxial cable. Try accessing the web interface and log in using your existing credentials.
If you encounter the same issue, we suggest clearing the browser’s cookies and cache, as this often resolves login‑related problems.
If the issue still persists, you may need to perform a factory reset. Please note that a factory reset will erase all previous configurations in the app, and you will need to set up the login password again from the beginning.
