just moved, need help connecting Sbg10

Just moved to a new house, went to plug up the SBG10, and it said on my phone that it was connected but, it definitely was not connected. I ran the Ethernet cord through my game and it still didn’t connect. Who would I contact in order to get my SBG10 back running with internet in my new place?

Whenever you move to a new location with your modem, you need to contact your Internet Service Provider to inform them about the address change and confirm if they provide service at your new address. If they do, they may need to reactivate the modem for your current location. Once this is done, you will be able to access the internet through the modem.
