I have an SBG10. Have forgotten password. Have looked at many responses. Still don't know what to do.

If you've forgotten the login credentials for the interface, you'll need to perform a factory reset on the gateway to restore it to its default settings. Once reset, you can log in using the default credentials:
Username: admin
Password: password
