Modem is not working on SBG10

After the beryl storm Comcast had an outage. Service is now restored. Sbg10 won’t fully reboot. The 3rd light won’t come back. Did hard reset and all the other unplug fixes. Still nothing

The 3rd light on the modem is Online light if that is Off that indicates your modem is not getting IP or proper IP from your service provider. So to isolate the issue could you please login to the modem GUI on the device connected to modem network or to the modem directly. 

Login to the modem GUI or the modem interface and on the Home screen select WAN setup on the top menu and check for the WAN IP address.
