Every 15-30 min. modem/router keeps restarting itself. All lights goes off and starts the single light boot up. Comes up and works fine for 15-30 min and then restarts. Xfinity said to reach out to you.

It looks like the modem is facing an intermittent connection , follow the below link to check the cable signal levels :

Screen share the  Downstream channels : Power levels and SNR : lowest and highest values : Upstream channels: Power levels  lowest and highest values

so, we can know the exact issue on the signals 

 

 

I’m having the same problem as the original poster but my modem is resetting every minute or so and 192.168.100.1 never loads.

Is there a manufacturer’s warranty? How does it work?
