My ARRIS SBG 10 won’t connect.
I connected the SBG 10 to the cable coming in from Xfinity, connected it to my PC via a network cable and connected the power. The lights blinked and then stayed on. I downloaded the app onto my phone. The phone “connected” to the ARRIS 2611 network, but without internet access. The same was true for the ARRIS-2611-5G network.
When I reconnected my old modem and router, my internet worked again.
Does Xfinity have to do something for me to be able to use this unit? I did download the Xfinity app but I’m not sure how to sign in to our account.
