Need to change my Modem SBG10 password

I was trying to change my password to my SBG10 by following the steps, but instead it showed locked mode since I tried to do change it twice. Who do I sent a support ticket so that they could unlock it?

According to their FAQ, looks like your only option is to perform a factory reset if your new password doesn’t work.
