I'm having a problem with my internet last Monday my internet stopped working I called the customer service and still nothing is working I unplugged the box numerous times and still nothing. What can I do to solve this and this morning I called the customer service and they saying that it's closed so what can I do????

Could you please share the name of your internet service provider, along with the speed plan you’ve subscribed to?

Also, could you describe the status of the first three LED lights on the front panel of your SBG10 gateway? This will help us assess the connection status.

Lastly, are the Wi-Fi network names (SSIDs) currently visible and broadcasting in the list of available networks?
