I purchased this wifi modem almost 2 months ago and still not able to connect to the internet.  I have been dealing with Comcast and they tell me that the modem shows on their system and there is a good connection.  I have reset the modem numerous times.  Any suggestions?

In this case to isolate the issue and to check on this issue further could you please help us with few details.

Current speed plan, Download and upload speed opted from the service provider.

LED light status on the modem with and without coax cable connected to it.

Any device connected to modem wifi network without internet?
