no internet SBG10

I have had my modem for 2 years. Woke up this morning and the online light is not on. Contacted xfinity and they said there is no outage in my area. I have unplugged and reset and still can’t connect.

                           If the online light on the modem is OFF that states that your modem is not getting internet from the ISP. even after resetting modem if you are unable to go online you need to re provision your modem by the ISP, that means re activating your device so it will start to work as fresh new device.
