My wifi has been seup for about two years now and I had no issues logging in with the old app. But now whatever I try, the new app doesn’t let me migrate because it thinks I’m not connected to the network even though I am. And the only other options are to “activate the network” which it has been for a while.

Since you are unable to set up the Surfboard Central app, I would request you uninstall and reinstall it again to start over the process.
