Have the SBG10 and downloaded the new surfboard app and the SBG10 is good but 

keep getting error code 0015-1805 in the app 

reset to factory and reinstalled the app same thing what is the solution

As you are getting error code 0015-1805 in the Surfboard central app, try to select “Setup Manually” option in the app. If you have already changed the default Wi-Fi name and password, try entering the Wi-Fi name and password for the Wi-Fi connection instead of “Scan the Label” during app setup.
