sbg10 2.4g

My SBG10 surfboard router/modem does not show 2.4g network option. It only shows 5g. I need 2.4 g connectivity for older devices.

have you logged into it and checked to make sure the 2.4ghz is named something separate from the 5gh?

And to check that its enabled?

Current setup: Netgear CM3000-->Netgear RBE973S-->2.5gig tp-link switch, Xfinity 2.4gig/350mbps
