My SBG10 keeps dropping WiFi. If I reboot it it will come back up, but it’s been doing it a lot lately and I called my cable company and it not at their end. I think it’s a problem with the modem. Any ideas?
SBG10 Dropping WiFi

It looks like you are referring to the Wi-Fi networks,
Wi-Fi channels are like lanes on a highway. Each channel is a specific path that Wi-Fi signals travel on.
► 2.4 GHz Band: This band has 14 channels but only 1-11 are permitted and channels 1, 6, and 11 are commonly used to avoid interference
► 5 GHz Band: This band has many more channels, which means less interference and better performance.
► 6 GHz Band: This is the newest band with even more channels, offering the best performance and least interference.
Choosing the right channel can help your Wi-Fi work better by reducing interference from other devices.
We would recommend you to use the article once again,
Thank you for sharing the information. Since you are experiencing intermittent wifi connection, I would suggest changing the wifi channels and monitoring the performance for 24 hours.
