SBG10 Dropping WiFi

Could you provide the name of your internet service provider and the speed plan you've subscribed to?

Can you also confirm if only the internet connection is dropping, or if the Wi-Fi network names are disappearing as well?

Is it just the Wi-Fi connection that's dropping, or is the wired connection affected as well?

If it's the Wi-Fi, does the connection drop occur on the 2.4GHz network, the 5GHz network, or both?

Orbitel is my ISP.  The Wifi names are drop off. Not sure if the wired connection is dropping. It happens on both 2.4 and 5GHz.

Could you please inform us of your subscribed internet speed plan? We need to verify if it is compatible with your current setup.

My internet speed is 100/20.

Thank you for sharing the information. Since you are experiencing intermittent wifi connection, I would suggest changing the wifi channels and monitoring the performance for 24 hours.

Thank you however I use both channels. So I can't change the channel. Both channels are dropping off. Have any other suggestions I might try?
