Both ethernet interfaces on my SBG10 just quit working.  The Wifi, cable modem, and firewall components are still fine. 

I’ve swapped ethernet cables (they work fine with other devices), unplugged and re-plugged, and done a factory reset.  It seems like the Ethernet ASIC has failed.

 

I’m covered under warranty until Mar of 24, so how do I get warranty support on this modem?
