SBG10 - How to determine if DDNS is working

I recently purchased a SBG10 Modem / Router.

I set up an account at NoIP

After configuring the DDNS to work with NoIP update service I see no way to confirm that it is working.

How would this be done?

I guess I’m curious what you’re expecting from this?

Generally the no-ip ddns is so you have a set domain name. This is for the reason that many ISP’s will assign different public IP addresses and it can be a pain to remember them or change them for when you’re wanting to remote access your home/equipment. It has more capabilities than just that but thats its very basic purpose. what are you expecting it to do/be?

Yes,

It is all set up and configured but I do know know if it is contacting NoIP,com and updating the IP address or even checking if the IP address has changed.

I am expecting the software to tell me something like……

YOU ARE SUCCESSFULLY CONNECTED TO NOIP AND YOUR IP ADDRESS WAS LAST UPDATED ON AUG 2, 2022 AT 9:00AM
