I have a SBG10 that doesn’t show any connection when i connect to it on my phone. It pops up and connects but no internet connection. However, if i plug an ethernet from the SBG to my computer the computer recieves internet fine. Not anything else. My gateway that i have the SBG plugged into is Spectrum. Please Help!

In this case to work on this issue further we need few more details could you please help us with the date of modem activated by your service provider spectrum. Are you using the default wifi credentials mentioned on the modem label to connect to the wifi network? Or you have changed the default wifi credentials?
