For some reason none of the devices show up on my app so I am not able to pause/ remove unwanted devices. Please help

Please make sure that your phone is connected to the Wi-Fi network of the SBG10, as the app won’t sync with the connection if you’re outside the network.
Also, make sure your phone’s software is up to date, and verify that the app itself is running the latest version.
