The online LED is not blinking on my AC1600 Wi-Fi 5. Tried unplugging and resetting.

Online light is supposed to be solid; that is normal behavior.

While resetting, could you see any changes on the LED light?

Could you let us know the issue that you are experiencing on the modem?
