My SBG10 won’t turn on. It was working the night before and in the morning nothing. No connection whatsoever. Tried resetting. Nothing. Tried unplugging and nothing. 

SBG10 is not powering ON so have you tried connecting modem to different power outlet or using different power cable. Also try resetting modem for 15-30secs and if still issue persist please do reach out to Arris.com/consumersupport for further assistance if the modem is under warranty.
