Hello,

I’m trying to set up port forwarding for ESO, and I have a bunch of different ranges to forward. I’m in the process of doing so, but some of the ranges have overlapping values. For example, the one I just finished was 27000-27015 and the one I’m trying to add is 27015-27030. When I try and do this, I get an error advising me that the range of ports is invalid. I can change the range to not be inclusive of 27015, but have no idea if this will change the way that the forwarding functions. If not, it seems that I can just open 27000 to 27030 instead of both ranges.

Please give me some much needed advice on proceeding here.

Yes, you can try the second setup from 27016-27030 or 27000-27030 totally and check the status if still any issue persist please do reach out to Arris.com/consumersupport for further assistance if the modem is under warranty.
