SBG10 WiFi Connection to TV

I can’t get the TV and SBG10 to connect via WiFi. I get a “wrong password” error message.  The password is correct because I can login to the WiFi Modem through an Internet browser and my phones and PC’s are connected.

What tv is it? (model)

What security do you have setup on the SBG10? wpa2, wpa3, wpa2/wpa3 mixed mode

Any special characters or spaces in the ssid or password?

Thanks for your reply.

The security setting reads:  WPA2-PSK (AES) (Recommended)

There are hyphens used in the ssid

I have an @ in the password

What do you suggest?

Have you tried to connect the devices after changing the security mode?

Is it connected or still experiencing the same?

After changing the security mode, Since the problem persists, I suggest you to change the Wi-Fi channels and check it again.

Also, let us know whether the Wi-Fi network is broadcasting on TV.
