My SBG10 modem will not connect to the internet at all, every light on the modem is all on only the bottom one flashes, I’ve already attempted to unplug then replug but still not connecting, it can connect to my devices it was working just fine until yesterday, I’ve had this modem for a couple months with no issues until now. Very frustrating as I have school work to complete any help would be appreciated thanks!

In this case we would suggest you to perform hard reset on the modem by following the steps mentioned on the below article and check with your Internet service provider to reactivating  modem  if still no internet please reach out to arris.com/consumersupport if the  modem is under warranty.
