What error do you get?
What have you tried doing to fix the issue?
Did you check with Eufy? They have a pretty responsive CS.

When it comes to connecting cameras, printers, most IoT devices etcetera they are compatible with the 2.4ghz network , please try connecting it to the 2.4ghz network
