Slow speed internet connection on SBG10

Forum|alt.badge.img

I have a SBG10 and it does connect to xfinity, but it is painfully slow.  Is something misconfigured?  My xfinity connection worked fine when I was using the xfinity modem, but is now very slow when trying to connect with my SBG10.

Since you are experiencing with slow speed internet connection, Let us know whether its through wired connection or wireless connection.

If its wired connection, I suggest you to check the cable signal levels with the below given link:

Wireless? 2.4ghz? 5gh?

Details are key

Just did a speed test - 2.85 Mbps down and 20 kbps up, latency 19 ms.  This is wireless 2.4. I was wireless 2.4 previously with the xfininty modem which worked fine.  Looking at the speed test results, it appears that the upload speed is the main reason, but the download is also lower that it should be.
