I am having the hardest time connecting to my device. I cannot login

Based on your product selection (SBG10), please ensure that you are connected to the main Wi‑Fi network of the SBG10 and that you have an active internet connection. Also verify that your smartphone’s software is up to date, and consider resetting the network settings on your phone.


If you have customized the Wi‑Fi name or password through the web interface, this may prevent the app from completing the setup. In that case, try performing a factory reset on the device, reinstall the app, and start the setup process again.
