Could you please elaborate the issue to assist you on this better. When you are trying to access modem GUI what error you see on the browser? or Do you have surfboard central app?

I have the surfboard central app. I also used the link to admin page from this platform and always comes up this page can’t open? When try to login on my tv, it won’t take the key code on the back of the modem,

I would suggest to login the GUI web portal through 192.168.0.1.
If you are unable to login, please try with different browser and devices.
Also, make sure VPN is disabled on the device which you are trying to login the GUI web portal.

I need the SBG10 WiFi password???
I would suggest checking the default Wi-Fi password at the bottom of the modem, which is the Wi-Fi security key or network password.
