I’m trying to log in to my arris, for the first time and it won’t let me tells me invalid credentials

If you are using surfboard central app then you to use the login credentials mentioned on the SBC app to access GUI. If you are not using the surfboard central app then you need to perform hard reset on the modem to use the default login credentials to access modem GUI.
