I am trying to connect Arris Surf board SBG10 and I got the error 0000-1634?? 

Ensure the Gateway is powered on and that Wi-Fi is enabled on your mobile device. Move your mobile device closer to the Gateway, and then disable and re-enable the Wi-Fi connection on your device.
